Collective Impact Workshop for Headwaters Communities in Action – Dufferin County, ON – August 25, 2015

Headwaters Communities in Action has long been a champion of citizen leadership on projects that engage multiple sectors to work together on projects to enhance community well-being. This approach has demonstrated what is possible when partners across multiple sectors – funders, allies and community partners – agree to a common agenda and work together to achieve it.  

This workshop introduces community partners across Headwaters region to Collective Impact – a unique and disciplined framework for multi-sector collaboration that is demonstrating powerful results on a broad range of tough community issues including: environmental restoration; poverty reduction; and, youth achievement.
