There is limitd parking available at the Westin Wall Centre Vancouver Airport Hotel. 

For overnight guests: there is a parking garage attached to the hotel. For attendees staying at the hotel that have a vehicle, there is a discounted parking rate of $8 plus tax for self-park. You just need to let the Front Desk know that you have a vehicle when you check in and the Front Desk will issue a parking pass to place on your dash. 

For those only attending for the day:  self-park is $15 inclusive of taxes (from 7am-7pm). The Ground level of the parking garage attached to the hotel is all self-park and there is a pay station near the entrance to the garage. You must remember your stall number to input into the pay station and choose the length of time you wish to park. There is a pay station on the P1 level as well, however, make sure that you park in “Hotel” labeled spots only as others are reserved for residential parking. There is limited free street parking in the area as well.
