Circles of Change

 In Circles of Change, the power and effectiveness of one of civilization’s oldest organizational forms:  the circle is explored to better appreciate its effectiveness as a tool for creating – and sustaining – both personal and social change.  Circle structure is effective because it offers individuals the support they need to change while also as generating the group’s collective capacity for effective social action.
